What to Expect


Once we’ve discussed what type of piece you’d like via email, I’ll send you a rough sketch and an estimate to make the pendant. Upon approval, you’ll receive a timeline on how long it will take to source materials needed (unless provided) and create your custom pendant.​

Payment for Customs

 

Full payment of the quoted price is required in order to reserve your custom order. Once completed, you will be notified by email with a picture of your piece.

 

Timeline & Shipping Information for Customs

 

Your order will ship immediately after completion. Average order processing time, once materials are received, takes 1-2 weeks from the start of the project until time shipped.

Note: This basically gives me an idea of whether you prefer small, medium, or

large pendants. Size will be influenced by the size of the gemstone(s).
