Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of customers delivery. Return labels are to be obtained by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Refund Process

Once the piece is returned, a refund for the cost of the product will be promptly submitted and sent to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for the funds to make it to your account. If you have any questions, please send a CONTACT FORM.

 

Return Exception

Due to the nature of custom orders, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Damage Claims

If your order is damaged in transit, please send an email to EMAIL ADDRESS or send a message through the CONTACT FORM within 24 hours from the time the package was received. Kindly send any pictures of the damaged piece and shipping materials to submit to the delivery service as quickly as possible. A return label will be provided to you to send the piece back. From there, please return the damaged item within 48 hours from the date the label is created. Once the item has been received, a refund will be sent to the original card/account that was used to make the purchase.

 

Cancellations

If there are any issues with your order and you’d like to cancel it, please send an email to EMAIL ADDRESS or submit a message through the CONTACT FORM. Please do this as quickly as you can since most orders ship out the next day.

 

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please see refund policy for more information.
