Ammonite fossils are from extinct marine cephalopods and found worldwide. They resembled modern squid and octopus. They lived in a shell… with a distinctive Fibonacci spiral pattern… which were used for buoyancy and protection. 
 
The Fibonacci spiral is a mathematical sequence found naturally in Ammonite shells, pinecones, sunflowers, etc. Ammonites are known to enhance mental clarity, grounding, renewal, peace, and help balance and align chakras (chakras form where the body has high concentrations of nerves emitting energy).
